Salvation: how and why do we need to be saved?

Only through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ can we be freed from sin and death and receive the opportunity for salvation.
God wants to offer salvation to all humanity; He wants to free us from our sins and the death penalty we deserve for them. "For God has not set us to anger, but to attain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Thessalonians 5: 9).
Salvation is a gift from God that is obtained by grace and through faith in Jesus Christ. God forgives our sins when we repent and are baptized, which begins a life of constant repentance and growth in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Those who are called by God at this time will receive salvation when Jesus returns to earth and the saints are resurrected. But what will happen to the rest of humanity — those who have never understood the importance of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ? In fact, even though many have overlooked it, the Scriptures reveal that these people will also have the opportunity to be saved in the future.
God's plan of salvation for all humanity is revealed through the biblical festivals that Jesus Christ and the New Testament Church kept . Those who continue to keep these festivals today remember God's plan of salvation year after year, which allows us to understand it better and also allows us to understand more deeply the love of God .
